Dr. Patrick Freud, chiropractor, DC
Dr. Freud holds a Bachelor of Science degree (High Honours) in Anatomy and Psychology from McGill University, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree (Highest Honours) from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, and a Chiropractic Neurology degree (Highest Honours) from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR). He is board certified from the American National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and l’Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Québec and is a member of l’Association des Chiropraticiens du Québec and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
In 2007, Dr. Freud obtained Diplomate status from the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (ACNB) and became one of the first Canadian chiropractors to have this certification. He has since completed Functional Neurology training from the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies in the treatment of Concussion, Vestibular conditions, Movement disorders and Pediatric neurodevelopment problems. He has also been an examiner for the ACNB and has helped establish Chiropractic Neurology educational programs in Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal.
In addition to being in private practice since 1996, Dr. Freud has been an Adjunct Professor of Anatomy for McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine since 1999. He has been lecturing internationally on concussion management and functional neurology applications through Adjusting the Brain seminars since 2010.

Dr. Felix Shum, chiropractor, DC
Dr. Shum completed his doctorate degree in chiropractic at l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) and is presently pursuing advanced training in functional neurology through the National University of Health Sciences and the International Association of Functional Neurology. He is board certified from the l’Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Québec and is a member of l’Association des Chiropraticiens du Québec and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
With a deep passion for helping people, Dr. Shum took part in a humanitarian trip providing free care to impoverished communities in Bolivia. He was also on the medical staff of the UQTR varsity cheerleading team where he developed a special interest in treating athletic injuries.
Perfectly bilingual in English and French, Dr. Shum is also fluent in Cantonese.

Dr. Eric Legault, chiropractor, DC
Dr. Legault is a graduate of the New York Chiropractic College since 1999 and has a practice in Sainte Anne de Bellevue and at the Freud Clinic. He is board certified from the American National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and l’Ordre des Chiropraticiens du Québec. He is a member of l’Association des Chiropraticiens du Québec and the Canadian Chiropractic Association, as well as the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Scholastic Honour Society.
Dr Legault is also a graduate from clinical neuroscience program of the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies since 2015.
A registered nurse since 2002, Mélanie Grenier has specialized in cardiology and cardiac intensive care since 2007. Her vision of health promotion prioritizes the human side of medicine, as well as education. Following her passion for anatomy and the complexity of the human body, she pursued the study of osteopathy at College d’Etudes Osteopathic de Montreal in 2010. While continuing her studies, she participated in a humanitarian aid project in Peru where she offered osteopathy services. Member of Ostéopathie Québec, she is now continuing her education with post-graduate classes.

Rosie Sabatino, licensed massage therapist
Rosie Sabatino has been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2002 and is an active member of both the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes and the Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec. With over 18 years of experience in massage therapy, Rosie is highly adept at treating various ailments and injuries. Julie Filiatrault, Social work technician, certified RMT consultant
Rhythmic Movement Training
Passionate about childhood development, Julie developed the Koala approach for children after more than 30 years of accompanying them professionally. She worked first as a social worker, then developed and ran an eco-friendly kindergarten focused on free movement for 15 years (Le Jardin de Julie). In addition to being mother of 4, Julie has been a home teacher, educational lecturer, trainer in natural pedagogy, yoga teacher and educational advisor for the first large forest daycare service in Quebec.
During her career, she observed the crucial importance of movement for the development of children’s brains and became the 16th RMTI (Rhythmic Movement Training International) Certified Consultant in Canada. This Swedish therapeutic program is recognized worldwide and allows targetted stimulation of the brain through neurological reflexes and rhythmic movements, performed in a gentle and playful way both in the clinic and at home with parents. This stimulation has been found to improve fine and gross motor skills, attention, concentration, behaviour, language, coordination, emotional regulation, cognitive abilities and help reduce anxiety.

Susan Kingston has been practicing in the field of nutrition and ortho-molecular medicine for 15 years. She attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and graduated with high honours in 2013.
Susan specializes in the link between the gut, nutritional deficiencies and brain/emotional function.
